HS Multi-directional Speed training
9th - 12th grade athletes.

Multi-directional athletic performance training that emphasizes on speed, agility, change of direction and reactional movement. This training will help to educate and develop athletes on specific linear/lateral movement patterns that will enhance field athletes game. Highly recommended for football, rugby, soccer and lacrosse athletes. Training will be conducted on the grass so outside comfortable training shoes, cleats are highly encouraged and recommended for this training.
